A splendid Stretch Soft Crepe fit and flare elegant dress with portrait neckline that kisses your shoulders and dips slighty in the front. The waist is accented with hand beading that is carried to the back of the dress. The soft skirt has a cascade ruffle coming from the waist that creates a tulip wrap over effect that provides you with a slit opening for easy movement.
